A full-stack credentialing platform for a dental insurance consultancy. It replaced a pile of spreadsheets and email threads with one system that tracks every provider's licenses, certifications and insurance contracts, and chases people before anything expires.
Three portals, one app. Admins, office managers and providers each get their own portal, and one login can hold two roles and switch between them.
It runs itself. Scheduled jobs send renewal reminders, rejection digests and annual re-attestation requests.
